Job Description
Main responsibilities will include:
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality adhering to policies and procedures.
- Manage diary by scheduling, prioritising, and managing appointments.
- Liaising on behalf of the CEO including staff, suppliers, and clients
- Maintain effective communication and working relationships with all stakeholders external and internal
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
- Organising meetings, appointments, and events as necessary
- Attending meetings and taking accurate notes
- Collating and filing expenses on behalf of the CEO
- Organising orders and communicating effectively with the business operations
- General office administration duties
- Providing personal assistance to the CEO
Person specification:
- Proven experience working as a PA in both business and personal manner.
- Relevant Qualifications in business administration or related field.
- Excellent planning and organisational skill
- Advanced Excel, proficient numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills
- High levels of drive, passion, and motivation to succeed.
- Solution focused with excellent problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
