Private PA

We are working on a very unique part-time (3 days/week) Private PA role supporting a British peer within a fast-paced and high-profile environment. This is a fabulous opportunity for a highly experienced Private PA who is proactive, assertive, and takes pride in delivering work to the highest standards. This Private PA must possess superb interpersonal and communication skills, be accustomed to liaising with all levels, and handle challenging situations with grace. This Private PA role will require a proactive approach, efficiency, initiative, and the ability to remain calm and organised under pressure. Typical Private PA duties include:

• Acting as the first point of contact, managing incoming emails, post, and phone calls.
• Managing an extensive diary, scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Arranging international travel, including visas, transport, and accommodation.
• Facilitating events and ensure all details are meticulously planned.
• Reminding The Principal of important tasks and deadlines.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Managing expenses, databases, and filing systems.
• Implementing and maintaining procedures and administrative systems.
• Liaising with household staff, suppliers, and clients.
