Are you a professional, calm and discreet PA, looking for a part-time role?

Do you have experience of working in a family office, providing seamless private PA support?

Our client is looking for a diligent and process-driven assistant to work in their London home. 

If you have a genuine interest in a permanent, part-time role, we would love to hear from you. 

What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Diary and logistics management covering 4 diaries
• Household support: organising deliveries, maintaining key register, restocking supplies, etc
• Managing insurances, payments of bills, etc
• Ensuring all records are accurate and kept up to date
• Maintaining household planner documents
• Coordinating caterers, staffing and invitations for events
• Liaison with household staff

The skills you need to bring:

• Practical, extremely loyal and hard working
• Confident communicator
• Highly organised and process driven
• Good, clear writing skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Previous experience in a similar role
• No job too big or too small attitude
