We are looking for a highly focused, calm, and trustworthy PA to support the Founder of a large well known investment firm, who is at the top of their game. This dynamic role is truly an exciting step up for an eager PA, looking at taking on a scope of responsibilities, gain amazing exposure and working collaboratively with the senior PA in supporting this UHNWI. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and maintain the Founder’s diaries and schedules.
- Book travel arrangements, to include flights, accommodation visa’s etc.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage all private errands.
This person will be extremely flexible, when the Founder’s working out in the New York office and happy to work 12pm - 8pm. If you’ve had around 3-4 years previous team assistant/PA experience with some exposure working with UHNWIs, please apply today!
