Private PA/House Manager/Lifestyle Manager

Location: London with occasional travel
We are looking for an experienced and loyal Private PA/House Manager to support a HNW
individual.
This role is a full time and permanent position to be based in the London family office in Belgravia.
This position would suit someone with strong experience within a high level HNW family/private
office.
This individual is looking for someone long-term and therefore longevity is very important to them.
Responsibilities and attributes include but notlimited too:
- Strong experience with booking appointments, restaurants, life administration, travel, private
events/invitations and dinner parties
- A well-connected black book in London with contacts
- Managing a team of 13 household staff
- Overseeing renovations and contractors
- Experience with interviewing candidates, recruiting and managing staff
- Accustomed to dealing with external suppliers, agents and negotiating rates, services.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Someone very on the ball who likes to execute, pivot and be street smart
- Occasional overseas travel will be required -
- A positive, intuitive attitude is an ideal fit for the family
- Flexibility is required/being on call
- French is helpful but not essential
