Your New Organisation
The Team you will be joining is currently going through a period of increased work-load and they are looking to increase the size of the team to help cope with demand.
The current team is made up of a mix of Environmental Health Officers and Technical Officers with a wealth of knowledge across Private Sector Housing.
Your New Position
You will be working as an Officer within the Housing Standards team, responsible for ensuring the Borough’s privately rented properties are complying with all relevant legislation and standards.
Role Duties:
- Undertaking HHSRS/ Compliance inspections
- Service requests
- Enforcement
This Authority welcomes applications from both EHRB Registered EHO’s and Technical Officers with relevant experience within Housing Standards.
