Our growing reputable Criminal Defence client is looking to expand its private criminal team on a fully remote basis.

Role:Privately Funded Criminal Defence Solicitor - Fully Remote

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

Contract: Full Time Permanent

Location: London, working fully remote

Key Responsibilities of the Criminal Defence Solicitor

• The client is a leading Criminal Defence firm and act for a range of privately paying clients within all areas of criminal law
• You'll be responsible for a full and varied caseload of defence work at all levels
• The caseload can be tailored to your previous expertise/interests
• You'll act for clients from the initial stages of the case up to trial

Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Criminal Defence Solicitor

• Applications must be qualified solicitors who hold enough experience to take on a caseload on their own steam
• You'll be able to work independently and manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Applications will be considered from both legal aid and Privately Funded backgrounds
• Strong advocacy experience is required
