Main duties and responsibilities of the Probate Assistant role:• Client communications over the phone or face to face• Dealing with courts, banks and financial services providers to chase receipts from the estates• Preparation of estate accounts for the whole team• Preparation and balancing of estate accounts to the accounting software

Experience/knowledge requirements for the Probate Assistant role: • Accounts background• Attention to detail• Ability to prioritise tasks• Bookkeeping experience - this job involves the preparation and balancing of estate accounts to our accounting software
