You :
You will be a highly proactive senior level Probate solicitor to join up a highly motivated team who specialise in Probate matters. Ideally you'll be STEP qualified or have ambitions to move in that direction.

The role :
Typical matters coming into the department includes handling the administration of large and complex taxable testate and intestate estates, business and agricultural property relief, calculating inheritance tax, charitable donations, wills and LPA's for elderly people where mental capacity may be in issue which may involve making home and hospital visits to clients on an urgent basis.
You will be a team player and happy to support team colleagues at solicitor and paralegal level.
