Due to internal progression and company expansion, we are now looking for as experienced Administrator to join is as a Process Admin Technician! This person will act as a key contact point/subject matter expert for product, process and system enquiries. This person will be a highly valued individual on our AVIVA account, providing support and guidance to a back-office team.
- Dealing with process referrals in line with the agreed SLA's.
- Measuring and improving the quality of the customer experience being provided.
- Developing and delivering process / product / system training when required.
- Using skills, knowledge and experience to handle and process customer service requests.
- Entering into written and telephone correspondence with customers and other areas in the business to resolve problems.
- identifying potential issues and be pro-active in identifying solutions.
- Maintaining a high level of customer focus at all times.
- Can display a good base of knowledge within Financial Services.
- Have a strong amount of experience working as an Administrator within a busy office environment.
- Have excellent written and communication skills.
- Are able to work within a team to guide and support team members.
