They are looking for a motivated and skilled Process Engineer to join their team based in Oxford. As a Process Engineer, you will work closely with the Production, R&D and Design teams to optimize production processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in manufacturing operations. This role is crucial in maintaining consistently high yields and enhancing the overall manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities for the Process Engineer:
- Provide manufacturing engineering support to Engineering Design and R&D project teams.
- Coordinate the seamless transfer of new products into manufacturing.
- Collate and interpret data to maintain and improve manufacturing processes.
- Identify and troubleshoot production problems/deficiencies, applying a methodical approach to resolution.
- Create and maintain controlled documentation, including process flows, process and tool drawings, component specifications, process routers, bills of materials, and work and inspection instructions.
Qualification for the Process Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in a Process Engineering or production Process Engineering role.
- Strong background in the life sciences sector is vital.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction.

- Salary of 40,000 - 45,000, depending on experience.
