On behalf of our Client based in Bury St Edmunds we are searching for an experienced Process Leadto join a well-known and leading company to support in cost management, compliance and daily operational performance.£54,000+ DOEMonday to Friday, 7:30am-4pm36 hours per weekPermanentMain duties and responsibilities (Including but not limited to):* Analyse Customer Supply performance data and recommend appropriate actions to ensure continuous optimisation of service, and product quality* Safety Leadership* Work in partnership with the other Team leaders and Managers within site and across the site as well as relevant third parties to ensure best practice is identified, shared and implemented across the business.* Provide day-to-day operational support to the Shift Performance Manager as well as the wider team to achieve daily objectives* Support new starters, apprentices and graduates with on the job coaching and transfer of knowledge and skills and develop people/support plans to boost individual team capability* Delivery of quality, environment, health and safety operational performance targets agreed in business and personal objectives.* Support the delivery of process reliability measures and targets as agreed with Team Leaders* Create action plans in order to maximise the capability of the operations of the site.* Manage and attend all operational reviewsKey Skills, Knowledge & Competencies...
