Our client makes a label-friendly shelf-life extender that addresses microbial spoilage (antimicrobials, fermentates & blends) to reduce food loss and waste and help food and beverage manufacturers optimize production costs and foster consumer loyalty.

We are looking for a Process Operator to join a fantastic employer in Beaminster who values diversity and inclusion.

This role would be suited to someone with previous experience within a production environment, ideally within food, who has a high level of reliability.

What will I be doing?

· Working to a high level of safety.

· Controlling the manufacturing process.

· Manufacturing to the highest quality, reliably and cost-effectively.

· Raw material control.

· Data entry.

· Timely reporting of plant issues to the engineering department.

· Small maintenance duties.

· Contribute to team problem-solving activities.

Who we are looking for:

· IT confident (Excel, Word and Outlook).

· You will be a team player but also able to operate interdependently.

· Always maintain a high standard of work.

· Experience working within a process/production environment desirable.

· Knowledge of process control systems would be advantageous but not essential, all training will be provided.

· Basic food hygiene and health and safety qualifications

Working Hours:

This role is on a rotation of days, nights and weekends, we will explain this in more detail at your interview.

This role does require flexibility to cover colleague's shifts where needed on an overtime basis.
