AddressBrightwork are delighted to support our client in the recruitment of Process Support Operators to join the Operations team at their state of the art facility in Renfrewshire.
Working on a Monday to Friday day shift basis, you will join as a vital member of the operations team, carrying out day to day tasks within warehouse, dispensing and utilities, ensuring equipment is maintained and cleaned, whilst supporting the wider team as required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensuring Relevant documentation is fully complete, and that any issues, deviations, or improvement opportunities identified are highlighted.
- Acting as a point of contact for technical project staff to address support requests and issues within the Technicians area of responsibility (e.g., a request for some dispensed material).
- Maintaining the cleanliness and housekeeping within the operations adhering to the GMP standard within the facility — the Process Support Operators are responsible for this being maintained (with the support of Technical, Engineering and Quality staff as appropriate).
- Carrying out all tasks to ensure material is available for production, including booking in, sampling, movement, dispensary activities and waste/final product handling.
- Performing day to day operational tasks in support of any project where it is deemed you are appropriately qualified and trained; for the avoidance of doubt this could be on any project or piece of equipment at any scale, subject to the prerequisite training and safety inductions.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience working in a similar operational position within a GMP or other highly regulated environment
- You will possess effective numeracy and literacy skills and be well versed in ensuring accurate work is maintained at all times
- You will be a self starter who demonstrates ability to use own initiative with routine activities
- Practical knowledge of plant operations, adhering to strict Health and Safety and Quality standards
