AddressCogent Staffing are recruiting for a Team Leader for our client based in Batley, this role is to be recruited on a temporary to permanent basis with a permanent role offered after 12 qualifying weeks. The role will support all operations within the Batley site and will be instrumental in the growth and development of business to business and business to customer business through efficient distribution processes, stock procurement, management and the development of eCommerce business.
The post holder will undertake the appropriate level of training and is responsible for ensuring that they understand and work within the safeguarding policies of the organisation.
Shift/salary:
- £22,464 salary
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00-16:15
- 36 hours per week
- £12.00
The role:
- To lead and manage a team of staff in conjunction with your Team Manager to deliver against KPI’s set
- To play a vital part in operations across the whole warehouse
- Managing a team to complete sorting, picking, packing & distribution of both new and transferred stock
- Manage the organisation and management of inventory storage
- Be involved with all aspects of the online selling operation
