ASEPTIC Process Technician 8-10 Month Contract £19.57 Per Hour - Speke Liverpool -Day shifts 12 Hours 4 on 4 off


Join our dynamic and innovative client as an Aseptic Process Technician! We are currently seeking an individual experienced in aseptic manufacturing processes to play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of our client's life-saving pharmaceutical products.

As an Aseptic Process Technician, you will be responsible for a range of tasks related to aseptic processing, including sterilisation, cleanroom maintenance, and equipment operation. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the pharmaceutical industry.


Responsibilities:



  • Execute aseptic manufacturing activities following established protocols and procedures.

  • Perform equipment setup and operation, including ensuring the proper functioning of sterilisers, filling machines, and filtration systems.

  • Maintain cleanrooms according to regulatory standards, including monitoring and controlling environmental conditions.

  • Conduct routine cleaning and sterilisation of manufacturing equipment and tools.

  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to ensure adherence to product quality standards.

  • Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner, in compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support product development and process improvement initiatives.

  • Participate in training programmes to enhance knowledge and skills related to aseptic processes.


Qualifications:



  • Relevant work experience in an ASEPTIC environment or Bachelor's degree in a related field is essential.

  • Proven experience in aseptic manufacturing or cleanroom operations.

  • Understanding of cGMP and FDA regulations related to aseptic manufacturing.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
