Focusing on the procurement of products for rural businesses, you will be at the forefront of helping your portfolio succeed in their business plans. As well as proactively identifying the products you can source for your portfolio, you will also be responsible for maintaining the high level of service for every customer with a view to increase the financial value of goods and services ordered.
This is a full time, permanent role based in the office near Easton with flexibility to work remotely one day per week. Travelling to meet customers and other events within the UK will also be required.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to all
- Achieve targets and manage existing accounts to an agreed level
- Complete regular reviews as appropriate on potential spend
- Keep customers up to date on new products and services
- Monitor, and act upon, GAP analysis and potential spend
- Ensure new customers receive the appropriate follow ups
- Introduce all services and identify products which you can procure for your customer
- Any other duties as and when required relating to your portfolio of customers

You will have experience of managing accounts and customer spend and the ability to forge long lasting professional relationships. Experience of purchasing products for rural businesses such as energy, fuel, building materials, telecommunications, chemicals or seeds would be an advantage.
