Your Role as Procurement Administrator:
To assist the Head of Procurement in providing a complete, commercial procurement function for all departments of the business.
Actively support in the management of the Procurement email inbox.
Complete confirmations within agreed KPI period.
Seek out opportunities to improve margin and service from existing and new supply chain (commodities).
Invoice query resolution - confirmation variances, price queries, frequency, quantity or type.
Resolve invoice queries in a timely manner.
Assist the Head of Procurement in maintaining relationships with the existing supply chain and in developing new relationships for commodity contractors.
Assist with the resolution of invoice queries.
Assist with contractor issues and resolution.
Assist with the pricing of new and existing services.
Key Skills Required
Microsoft Office Packages, in particular Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
Customer Service experience, both verbal and in writing.
