Procurement Administrator
Location: Droitwich
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30
Salary up to £30,000
TLP Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Procurement Administrator for a busy manufacturing company in Droitwich.
Job Role:
- Ensure timely delivery of orders by following up with suppliers and confirming expected due dates.
- Check purchase order acknowledgements and address any discrepancies that arise.
- Communicate order status and relevant information to accounts and other inters departments as necessary.
- Update purchase orders to reflect changes in cost or quantity, ensuring accuracy in procurement records.
- Record delivery notes in SAGE system, maintaining accurate records.
- Verify pricing information against purchase orders and invoices.
- Keep stock levels up to date in the SAGE system.
- Assist in maintaining and analysing stock level data.
Key Characteristics:
- Good knowledge of SAGE and MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure

- Admin experience
