Job Description
Utilities and telecoms organisation requires a Procurement Administrator. This is a full-time, office-based role in the North London / Hertfordshire area. Reporting to the Senior Buyer, responsibilities include:

- General administration n
- Receipting invoices n
- Obtaining approval for invoices n
- Using Dynamics NAV Evision software n
- Data entry n
- Liaising between procurement and accounts departments n
- Requesting PODs from company's suppliers n
- Ensuring delivery notes are obtained and recorded n
- Making sure invoices are aligned with quotations and purchase orders n
- Determining if invoices have been pre-approved, requesting approval when necessary n
- Archiving and completing credit applications n

- Strong communication and organisational skills n
- Computer literate n
- Previous experience in procurement desired n
