Procurement And Fleet Coordinator - 12 Months Ftc

As Procurement and Fleet Coordinator, you will be working within the Procurement and Fleet Services team, providing administrative support using the Oracle Fusion purchasing system, and to the Fleet Manager in the management of the vehicle fleet.

Some of the key activities you will be doing include:

• Providing support for all purchasing and receipting aspects of Oracle Fusion for the company
• Maintaining the Catalogue items in Oracle Fusion
• Adding New Suppliers and payment request details onto Oracle Fusion
• Managing shared inboxes
• Checking of driving licences, and providing administrative support to ensure compliance with fleet risk management policies
• Updating of driver, hierarchy, and cost centre changes to vehicle fleet management and telematics companies
• Supporting the vehicle order processes for all company leased cars and vans
• Supporting processes for processing of Notices of Intended Prosecutions, Fixed Penalties, customer complaints and vehicle incident reports

We are looking for individuals with excellent IT software skills (including MS Office packages); time management skills; attention to detail; excellent communication skills; a positive, proactive mindset; a customer focussed approach; experience of working within a procurement or fleet function (desirable); experience of using Oracle Fusion (desirable).

The successful individual will need to be willing to take a flexible approach to hybrid working and work from our Hatfield site where required.
