They are currently seeking an exceptional Procurement Coordinator to join their dynamic Procurement Team. This role involves working five days a week, with occasional weekend shifts. The Procurement Coordinators play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships between growers, pickers, and packers. Your primary objective is to ensure seamless coordination and meet their customer demand.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with Commercial Managers to manage all aspects of an efficient supply chain.
- Creating Purchase Orders in the Prophet ERP system for incoming shipments.
- Developing and maintaining supplier load plans, adjusting orders as needed to optimize service.
- Coordinating with growers to verify volumes, arrival dates, and loaded varieties.
- Working closely with the logistics and planning team to ensure accurate stock positions for all products.
- Maintaining and updating master arrivals data, assisting in season reviews.
- Providing weekly pricing and costing models promptly and accurately.
- Handling grower finalisations and returns as instructed.
- Processing fruit cost invoices as directed.
- Collaborating with the Commercial and IT departments to identify and implement process improvements.
- Participating in a weekend rota to facilitate information flow for sales, technical, and stocks teams.
