Location: Devon

Salary: £36,000 - £39,000

Length: 12-month FTC

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Procurement Officer position for a Public Sector organisation in Devon. The role offers great benefits including remote/hybrid working and enhanced pension.

Role:

• Supporting with end-to-end procurement projects
• Responsible for sourcing and negotiating terms with suppliers
• Managing procurement contracts
• Administering tender documentation
• Support and assist with the development of category strategies
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Assist with the reporting on procurement spend and efficiencies achieved for contracts awarded

Person:

• Knowledge of Public Contract Regulations 2015 is desirable
• Commercially aware
• Analytical
• Verbal and written communication skills
