Salary: Competitive salary plus Veolia Benefits (inc Car, Bonus, Pension)
Location: Central London or Cannock, Staffordshire with hybrid working
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

What will you be doing?

  • Working within the Asset Management Systems team to aid continuous delivery of our primary CMMS and meet stakeholder requirements
  • Close liaison with business stakeholders and end users is key to help building effective relationships as well as understanding business challenges and needs
  • Provide product specialist expertise and services to the Product Leads and their product line/process area
  • Provide functional and technical expertise in the development and management of products, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Owning and managing the delivery of features, functions, and services
  • Deliver viable solutions to meeting business needs and delivering desired business outcomes
  • Holistic management of the application, from development and testing to user training, managing requests to building reports and writing newsletters


What are we looking for?
Required:

  • Experience working with large data sets
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional Stakeholder management and the ability to converse at all levels
  • Adaptable individual with a dynamic approach
  • Responsible and reliable individual with a history of taking ownership in team environments
  • UK Drivers licence


Ideal:

  • Educated in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field
  • Experience working with a CMMS/in the maintenance field
  • Experience designing and running testing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights/design to non-technical stakeholders
  • Document training material and support change management principles
  • Coding Experience (preferably SQL, Javascript, Python)
