Product Analyst

Role: Product Analyst
Salary: Up to GBP45'000 + bonus
Location: 2 days p/w in Swindon

Our large financial services client is looking for a people-oriented product and process analyst to join their organisation and work with their cross functional teams to drive value by simplifying their processes, understanding their financial products and services, and acting as the bridge between business and technology.

Experience Required:

• Experience working with business and technology teams.
• Proven experience of adding business value by translating complex processes into simplified solutions.
• An awareness of and some experience in Power BI, Power query, SQL and Python.
• Ability to engage, lead and influence with the operational team and SMT members regarding change and digital continuous improvement recommendations.
• Comfortable addressing business and process problems autonomously, without the need to escalate.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring operational teams receive an appropriate and relevant level of digital continuous improvement support and coaching, motivating teams and individuals to identify and prioritise digital improvement initiatives across Partner Finance.
• Be responsible for ensuring that all teams are provided with a clear definition of their roles and remain fully engaged in and supporting their aspects of digital continuous improvement delivery Take ownership of ensuring that localised continuous improvement initiatives are monitored and delivered to plan.
• Clear ambassador of change and digital continuous improvement within Partner Finance, passionately communicating and cascading regular updates to the Continuous Improvement plan and its key benefits during operational team meetings
• Be a recognised Expert in digitisation and Partner Finance's key operational value streams (eg, partial, and full sales, mergers and re-structures, client transfers and loan administration and servicing) with the ability to analyse and resolve operational difficulties through digitisation and support teams to develop ideas to address their operational problems.
