We have a Business Change Manager opportunity to work with the Business Change Lead on this transformational project. You will define, set up and lead a business change function to help achieve this vision, which can then be extended and replicated across the organisation.
You will work closely with business areas Engage has identified as a priority, so we are looking for someone with experience building business change capabilities within a delivery team, through the end-to-end lifecycle. We would also love to see evidence of working with a systems integrator to deliver changes into the business and their ways of working.
You could be a business change manager, programme manager or project manager, as long as you can demonstrate expertise in applying business change principles, frameworks, tools, and techniques in order use knowledge to provide business change coaching and learning support to colleagues in a hands-on situation.

What you'll be doing
As a Business Change expert, introducing business change across the end-to-end agile lifecycle to improve business readiness and ultimately the adoption of change. For example, carrying out change impact assessments, training needs analysis, and creating a training plan.
Working alongside Business Change SMEs and other delivery team members, coaching and directing in business change techniques, when and how to apply them.
Integrating Business Change ways of working with Agile, Project Management, and OKR's and ensure Business Change is uppermost in the delivery teams approaches.
Co-owning the communications and engagement plan.
Building sustainable and influential working relationships with key stakeholders and bring the right balance of challenge and support to ensure progress on the transformation.
Accountable to the Business Change Lead on how change is progressing as a whole and supporting the Business Change Lead to design and implement the overall change approach.
Bringing Business Change expertise to bear to support the transformation, and contribute to the body of knowledge, best practice, and Business Change Framework components.
What skills are you looking for?
Demonstrable experience working with a Systems Integrator to deliver changes into the business and their ways of working.
Demonstrable experience building business change capabilities within a delivery team, through the end-to-end lifecycle, leading to readiness for change within the business.
Demonstrable expert knowledge and experience of applying business change principles, frameworks, tools, and techniques (e.g., organisational readiness, behavioural change mechanisms, change resistance and interventions, journey mapping, etc).
Ability to provide business change coaching and learning support to colleagues in a hands-on situation.
Experience of business change planning, including planning, communications, and establishment of processes
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills including how to build a change advocate network across the transformation, and how to recruit change champions within the business and support their endeavours.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills - both written and verbal, and work effectively at all levels in an organisation.
Ability to work under minimal supervision, to handle difficult and sensitive situations by making sound and independent judgements.
