Job description

Product Consultant (Ideally from an Educational background)

Salary: Circa £40,000 per year

Location: York - 1 -2 days in the office / WFH rest of the week

Our requirements

Excellent communication and presentation skills
At least 3 or more years of solution consulting or educational industry experience
Understanding of implementation methodologies for SaaS solution
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering
Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks
A willingness to travel around the UK & Europe to visit clients' sites

Main duties and responsibilities

Work with project teams to successfully implement, configure and train customers from project inception to project closure
Support with technical investigation and issue resolution
Business analysis
Managing workload working across multiple projects.
Provide subject matter expertise on implementation methodology and best practices

Confident - Ability to be able to take charge in conversations and advise customers accordingly based on the systematic abilities.
Self-sufficient - Ability to be able to work independently and take ownership/management of their own time and schedule.
Quick learner - Ability to be able to learn and pick things up quickly and efficiently due to the fast paced nature of the role.
Team player – Ability to work well as part of a team, get involved with other areas if required to support the needs of the business.
Bubbly & outgoing.
Decisive.
Drive and determination to provide the highest standards and quality of their work.
Ability to work under pressure – Ability to keep calm and carry out tasks efficiently in high pressure situations.
