About you
- With a keen interest in textiles, you will have either over a years’ experience or a relevant degree in a textile related field.
- You will be able to confidently work alongside colleagues from the technical and quality departments as well as be able to work independently on a variation of tasks.
- A good knowledge of fabric production, product manufacturing and performance parameters is preferred although training can be given.
- Experience of testing protocols and standards is preferable alright not essential.
About the Job
- Your day-to-day role will require liaising with customers and suppliers and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Assessing and sealing products, checking fabrication, fit, quality and packaging alongside the senior technologist.
- Liaising with UK QC team and identifying stock to check and stock control.
- Attending production meetings both UK based and potentially abroad as required.
- Setting and maintaining technical files, swatches and lab dips for both internal and external clients.
