Pentagon Talent are partnering with a Top 50 well-established accountancy firm in North London who have faced fast growth and development over the years and are looking to continue their growth. They are made up of specialist teams who have specific training and expertise for their relevant client sectors. Their clients are from a wide range of sectors including but not limited to, medical practices, retail, hospitality, charities, media and more.

Duties and responsibilities
As a Corporate Tax Manager you will manage the compliance affairs of a varied portfolio of clients and provide advisory services on more complex tax matters such as incorporations, IT/CGT planning, share schemes and more. In your role you will also consider tax planning issues and help develop the technical experience in the business services team. You will carry out the preparation of Corporate Tax returns and maintain a record of Corporate Tax returns ensuring all returns are filed on time.

Qualifications and skills required
In order to succeed as a Corporate Tax Manager it is essential that you are CTA qualified with relevant tax experience in a practice firm. You will be able to confidently take responsibility for a large portfolio of clients and the compliance work. You will have excellent technical and interpersonal skills.
