Halecroft Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading company in the Home Furnishings industry in their search for a Product Technologistwho is passionate about the product quality, delivery and compliance standards required to reach the UK High Street retail and e-commerce sectors. Working in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, suppliers and customers, you will take an important role in ensuring a product moves from its design and development stage into the hands of the end user.

Responsibilities:
Attend pre-prod handover meetings to ensure product compliance, quality and performance
Issue detailed product, imagery and outer packaging specifications
Populate and manage relevant sections of a detailed critical path
Check fabrics and packaging proofs and liaise with suppliers
Provide regular updates to both internal and external stakeholders
Evaluate and approve reports from overseas teams
Answer daily emails sent from customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role
A collaborative attitude, with the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent organisational and administrative skills with an attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication
A 360 attitude to problem solving and analysis
Confident to make decisions and take responsibility and seek advice as needed
Previous experience in the Home Textile, Ceramic and / or Furniture industry
Ability to work effectively and remain calm and composed in a high pressure environment
Working Hours: 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Thursday, 4pm on Friday
Working From Home: 1-2 days a week
