The 24-month journey is designed to develop you into a true functional expert with the potential to grow in our dynamic organization. You will have the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of the development & sourcing process by rotating through different teams (i.e. Costing & Sourcing of Footwear and Apparel and Accessories, or Innovation). As if this wouldn't be exciting enough, you will spend one of those rotations on our Zurich team, where you will learn first-hand what it takes to create our products. To make sure you get the best out of your journey and development, one of our senior leaders will be coaching and supporting you one-to-one throughout.

Your Mission
Over the course of the program, you will be part of 4 different teams and experience how Costing & Sourcing, Innovation, Sustainability or Product Creation areas work.
From learning to develop prototypes from a product brief, planning and execution of manufacturing in large scales, working with our partners on usage of eco-friendly materials, implementing energy-efficiency processes and fair labor practices, to innovating and revolutionizing the manufacturing process with technological advancements - over the 24-months, you will gain invaluable experience and a holistic understanding of the product development and sourcing process. It will set you up for success to start as a true functional expert in one of the teams and fuel your long-term growth journey at On.
Your Story
- You are completely new to the product development and sourcing world or have gathered first experiences in the field (no more than 18 months)
- You have a strong interest and passion for sporting goods, lifestyle or fashion across apparel and footwear
- You can identify yourself with the On spirits and are eager to learn and develop with a growth mindset
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) and Vietnamese and good communication skills
- Tertiary education in engineering / technology is an advantage
