Product Data Administrator

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of accurate master data, including Bill of Materials (BOMs) and other relevant information.
• Streamline the new part application process, ensuring timely and accurate data entry and documentation.
• Manage master data changes, expediting change requests as needed and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Conduct regular checks and assessments to maintain high-quality data integrity, identifying and resolving discrepancies or errors promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, and Quality Assurance, to ensure alignment and accuracy of master data.
• Develop and implement KPIs and metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of master data management processes.

• Excellent Microsoft skills in particular Excel and Word.
• Previous experience of SAP and MRP processes (desirable).
• Familiarity with SharePoint
• Good level of Maths and English.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data input.
• Understanding of the critical importance of master data and its impact on other parts of the business.
• Good communicator with a variety of different departments.

• Starting salary of up to £27,000 per annum
