SalaryA leading HealthTech business are seeking an experienced Product Data Analyst contractor to join the digital programme on an initial 6 month Outside IR35 basis, hybrid working, 2 days on-site central London.
You will need to have Advanced Power BI skills, including expertise in data modelling, DAX, dashboard optimisation, and integration with multiple data sources, coupled with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and mentor team members on best practices. Working with Patient Data, Marketing A/B data will be ideal.
Crucially, in addition to your Data skills you will be familiar working in or with Product teams, experience of PostHog or Smartlook (or similar behavioural product analysis and experimentation tools) in terms of setup, developing dashboards & analysing the outputs will be a huge benefit.
Proven ability to operate at pace identifying key insights from experiments with target customers in order to learn, refine, and validate various hypotheses. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data and make recommendations.
Proactive in identifying & extracting commercially-orientated datapoints off the back of campaign activity, and establishing subsequent dashboards & reporting workflows
