Are you experienced in overseeing the elements of the product development lifecycle ?
We are excited to partner with our client, where the product is at the heart of their business, to hire a driven Product Developer. In this role, you will work closely with the design team and play a pivotal part in driving the product planning process across the business, contributing significantly to their success.
As Product Developer, you will analyse customer needs and market trends to maximise ROI. You will assess competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation.
You will collaborate closely with the designers throughout the process and develop product briefs to guide the design teams in a clear direction.
We are looking for someone with solid product development experience and will consider applications of those currently in a junior development role looking to step up!
What will you be doing?:
Driving execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, from research to launch.
Creating comprehensive product briefs detailing business cases, technical requirements, and commercials.
Utilising sales data to develop future product planning strategies.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the development cycle.
Maintaining Critical Path across multiple categories.
Required Skills:
2 years of product management experience, including project management.
Proven success in fast-paced product management roles.
Strong understanding of product planning, commercials, and forecasting.
Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and overseas supply base.
Proficiency in ERP systems
Highly organised in your administration.
Understanding of product compliance for UK/EU/ROW markets.
