Position Overview:
My client is seeking an experienced Product Liability Associate Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling complex Product Liability cases, advising clients, and representing their interests with professionalism and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and litigate Product Liability cases from inception to resolution.
• Provide legal counsel to clients on Product Liability issues and risks.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare cases for trial.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure comprehensive client service.

Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor with 2+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally in Product Liability law, but will consider candidates from an EL/PL, Catastrophic Injury or Clinical Negligence background
• Strong litigation and legal research skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
