Amazon's EU Global Transportation Service (GTS) team is looking for an enthusiastic, customer obsessed, and results oriented Product Manager to join the Transportation Change Management team in EU. In this role, you will partner with our analytics team to manage a portfolio of products which support cost reductions, increase delivery speed and improve delivery experience for Amazon customers. As part of the EU Customer Fulfillment Network Design organization you will combine business process knowledge, data expertise, and influencing skills to identify and drive products to manage change across our Transportation Network.
Our ideal candidate works effectively in a cross-functional environment and is comfortable communicating with both technical and business stakeholders. You have a history of delivering results and developing scalable solutions that serve hundreds of customers, with the right balance of thinking strategically and maintaining a keen attention to detail. You use data to guide decision-making, have strong business judgement, and can solve complicated problems with simple, elegant solutions. To be successful in the role, you need strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, ability to influence across business functions and manage stakeholders' expectations effectively. You will work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment that requires you to be detail-oriented and comfortable in working with multiple business and technical teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage Ambiguity: Understand complex business problems across organizations and product lines to establish the objectives, strategies, and actions required to achieve business goals. Contribute to the strategy by prioritizing technical and operational initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand priorities, define the roadmap, and collaborate on actions to drive the implementation of cross functional initiatives while improving our customers' experience.
- Requirements Definition: Produce high quality requirements documents, effectively prioritize, and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver key capabilities on time. Write user stories to communicate customer needs in an agile development environment.
- Product Roll-out: work with teams to create and execute go-to-market plans for new features. Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product performance and identify optimization opportunities.
The role can be based in London or Luxembourg.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a Product Manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
