The role of the Product Manager - Plumbing & Heating Products will involve:

• Product Manager position promoting a high quality range of water boosting systems & pumps systems
• Focusing on the development of new & existing product ranges
• The Product Manager will provide lifecycle direction and management accountability for the financial results within the company
• Working on 3 new products per year in the responsibility area
• Identifying target market segments and vertical market sectors and then translate these into target key accounts for sales plan execution
• Leading the category team members in the development activities, product maintenance activities and product communications strategy
• Driving the companies execution of the annual business plan
• Liaising with sales & marketing on a regular basis
• This position does involve field work and meetings with other time zones
• Working alongside the Global Offering Directors and European Sales Director
• Field work is perhaps one week per month however this can be one day or a few day trips in UK and even continental Europe.

The ideal applicant will be a Product Manager - Plumbing & Heating Products with:

• Must have a degree in Engineering
• Must have extensive experience working with product development, product management, sales, design engineering, manufacturing, and distribution operations in an industrial or commercial B2B environment.
• Demonstrated experience with product engineering and management principles
• Ideally have knowledge of pumps or water boosting systems not essential all HVAC product background will be considered
• Must be a hungry, driven go-getter
• Passionate, motivated and enthusiastic
