Product Manager
Location: Outskirts of Newmarket, Suffolk
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm or 9am - 5:30pm
Salary: circa £40,000 per annum depending on your experience

What does this role entail:
- Gaining a deep understanding of customer experience
- Identifying, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share
- Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Developing product pricing and positioning strategies
- Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Scoping and prioritising activities based on business and customer impact
- Driving product launches
- Support the product roadmap to meet the business objectives and goals
- Evaluating promotional plans - ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy
- Acting as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Reviewing technical product specifications and content writing
- Analysing data on Excel spreadsheets using formulas and VLOOKUP’s
- Category management including liaison with the suppliers
- Project management of product lifecycle
What we are looking for:
We will consider candidates with experience in project management, product support or procurement holding long term planning and good analytical skills. You will need to have some experience of product lifecycle development through liaison with the supply chain.
The company will help you develop a deep understanding of a broad range of products. Within your role you will develop relevant markets whilst expanding the customer base. You will effectively transfer knowledge and insights across marketing and the wider business to help inform campaign strategies, product roadmaps and equip the sales teams to sell effectively.
