This company is a young but recognised and reputable business within their marketplace trusted by millions of users annually, they currently operate in 15+ countries across 3 continents with further global expansion plans. They have seen great success and as a result are looking for a great individual to join their post-booking experience team to own, develop and optimise the user journey.
In this role you will optimise and take ownership of the post booking customer journey process, which is of critical importance within the intermediary e-commerce industry. You will focus on customer retention, referrals, implementing measurement frameworks and scope tooling. The role will require you break down tasks and prioritise them accordingly with a sense of urgency and have a growth-hacking approach. This role is full remote, and candidates can be located anywhere +/- 2 hours of CET.
The ideal candidate will have experience and track record as a Product Manager with a clear entrepreneurial and commercial mindset with previous experience in a two-sided marketplace. They will have to be user focused continuously looking for new ways to drive and scale the product through a challenger mindset and being open to experimentation. As a manager of a wider team the candidate should be a great team player, possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
