Product Manager - Healthcare - Manchester/Hybrid - £55,000

The Role:
As a Product Manager you will take ownership of the digital strategy by truly understanding your users and make this a reality through the execution of the roadmap with the internal teams. They’re driven by their users so having a deep passion for the UX is key for you to be successful in this role - you will truly understand insights about how users engage to inform the product strategy.
In this position you will coach and mentor the Product Owners who oversee the development teams and the product backlog - experience with this would be beneficial but by no means essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Define the overall digital product strategy and collaborate with the wider business to prioritise and align the overall digital deliverables
- Identify opportunities for future product growth
- Define and own the medium and long-term road maps along with defining KPIs to monitor the success of new features
- Understand and use data to drive decisions
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle - effectively communicating updates with the internal teams
- Effectively able to respond to and prioritise changing demands effectively
About you:
- Proven experience in a B2C Product role - ideally 4+ years in Product Ownership or Product Management
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced Agile environment
- Experience within the healthcare industry would be a bonus!
