Product Marketing Assistant

I am working with a fantastic international ecommerce company, which has a need for a data driven Product Marketing Assistant with intermediate Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables, formulas and filtering). A large proportion of the role is data and system heavy, but there will also be an opportunity to be creative as you will manage the web advert creation process, liaise with suppliers, brief the design studio and load the final adverts onto the website. The day-to-day duties of the Product Marketing Assistant:

** Uploading data and promotions to the system.

** Creating and loading adverts to the website

** Manipulating sales data and preparing marketing reports and promotional activity,

** Organising supplier invoices

** Keep the marketing database up to date, ensuring all records are complete and accurate

** Managing the briefing of Journal adverts

Skills and Experience required for the Product Marketing Assistant role:

** Excellent attention to detail is essential.

** Experience of data interpretation, manipulation and interrogation and Microsoft Excel intermediate to advanced level is essential.

** Marketing background (desirable)

** Strong communication skills.
