About the position
We would like to recruit a skilled Sportsbook/Casino/GamingMarketing Manager to support our internal collaboration between the Marketing and Product Departments. The position is a very important role within the company, responsible for driving acquisition and growth for the sportsbook/Casino/Gaming funnels.
The individual in this role, who has to have a strong knowledge of creating Marketing and Promotional products and communication campaigns, in collaboration with Product Department team, will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to acquire new customers and to retain existing ones in sportsbook, casino and gaming channels.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Create Marketing/Promotional products and Communication Campaigns to drive growth for the sportsbook, casino and gaming channels of Paridirect.
• Analyze competitive marketing products on the markets Paridirect is operating on.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for acquisition/retention.
• Identify and evaluate new acquisition channels and partnerships.
• Develop a strong collaborative process with the Products and Operations Departments of Paridirect.
• Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on best practices in acquisition.
About the Ideal Candidate
• 5+ years of experience in acquisition in the sportsbook/casino/gaming industry
• Proven track record of driving acquisition and growth for a company
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data
• Experience of working in African market (preferable option)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
