Product Marketing Manager

 

Are you ready to create a profit driving story based on customer acquisition, retention and high value output? 
We are seeking a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. With your solid business acumen, you will be the driving force behind designing how a Marketing-influenced sales pipeline can transform our future state to nurture growth in the three businesses at Tetra Pak. 

You will be playing a crucial role in enabling capability within B2B Digital Marketing execution and ensuring our success together with the market companies. You will also be leading global B2B Product Marketing strategies and planning.

This is a permanent position based in the US. 
The preferred location is Denton, but you can also be based in any of our other US office locations.
You may be required to travel up to 20% of your time.
Tetra Pak is not considering applicants (Internal or External) who require International relocation to the United States.  

What you will do

 

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be an essential part of planning and executing high-impact B2B activities to drive conversion rates, all with the objective of creating a robust sales pipeline to drive growth within our three businesses.

 

  • Marketing Leads Management: Secure process governance and alignment with other functions (Communications, Sales, Sales Management) to improve Marketing-sourced leads to opportunity conversion.
  • Digital Marketing optimization: Optimize digital marketing processes with a sales-driven mindset, bringing continuous improvement and strategic ways to achieve objectives within the Sales Plays.
  • Product and Portfolio Marketing for Processing Solutions & Equipment: Prioritize solution/Product Marketing needs together with Product Management and market needs: What to promote (products & solutions), Where to promote (key markets for each strategic initiative), to Whom (locomotives selected by the markets/channel partners, key segments from on installed base analysis etc) and How (digital marketing, including ABM, and traditional off-line marketing activities)
  • Deliver on performance indicators: Your success will be measured by the aggregated view of engagement in key projects, Marketing activities-sourced sales leads conversions and net sales. 

We believe you have

 

  • Experience working in the USCAN Market Company, collaborating on projects with sales and operational marketing teams.
  • Proven record of executing Digital Marketing campaigns in a B2B company.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud, having a Salesforce certification is an advantage. 
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, focused on clarity and assertiveness, together with the ability to effectively convey ideas.
  • In-depth knowledge of Tetra Pak’s Processing business and portfolio.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory. Additional languages are considered an advantage.
