Well Placed HR are delighted to have been engaged by a high profile Learning & Development and corporate training services business that seek to recruit an experienced Product Marketing Manager. The business is long established, highly respected and boasts a superb history of employee development and retention. This is a full time, permanent opportunity that will allow the successful candidate to select an on-site, hybrid or predominantly remote working pattern as required.
Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and a range of department heads, this will a broad and interesting opportunity that will focus on the effective marketing of the company’s L&D training and consultancy solutions. Key focus of the role to include:
- Play a lead role in the development and implementation of highly effective Product Marketing, specifically focussed on the HR, L&D and people management sector
- Work closely with the product development team to fully understand the benefits of the company’s training materials
- Conduct market research in order to matrix the company products against competitor products
- Play a lead role in new product roll-outs
- Create high quality marketing material for use online and in print
- Work closely with field based sales teams
- Assume a lead role in campaign maximise customer awareness
- Analytics and performance reporting/analysis
For this role, we seek a candidate with strong Product Marketing experience, ideally gained within an HR, L&D or people management focussed business (HR services provider for example). The successful candidate should possess a creative mindset with an excellent and up-to-date knowledge of market trends and performance strategy. Needless to say, the Product Marketing Manager will require exceptional IT and communications skills with the ability to create compelling high quality marketing copy and client presentations.
