Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Manager and stakeholders to understand customer needs, translating them into product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs.
• Work closely with the Engineering Project Manager, providing reporting and control activities to keep stakeholders informed of progress.
• Create user stories with clear acceptance criteria, driving the development of features in collaboration with development teams.
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring features are appropriately prioritized.
• Plan and coordinate sprints with the development team, ensuring clear understanding of user stories and sprint goals.
• Ensure successful product launches with appropriate documentation, stakeholder management, and communication strategies.
• Develop and utilize KPIs to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.

Required Experience:

• Demonstrable proven experience in a Product Owner role.
• Proven experience working with Agile teams, delivering successful sprints with clearly defined goals and user stories.
• Understanding and translating stakeholder needs into product backlog items.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Demonstration of product features to internal stakeholders and external customers.

Desired Experience (but not essential):

• Experience delivering cloud-based products.
• Experience delivering Traffic Systems related products.
• Experience with 3rd party integrations.
