This is at the heart of what brings many of our favourite entertainment experiences to life and we are looking for a driven, highly capable VFX Junior Product Owner to join us.As the Product Team, we are responsible for creating products that film companies and games studios use to bring their visions to life. From bombastic action scenes consisting of multiple actors through to the steady, nuanced glide of a film camera moving through a Virtual Production environment, our goal is to ensure that every motion we capture is accurate to reality.We are looking for someone with a passion for getting to grips with customer needs and workflows, creating fantastic demonstration materials for internal and external stakeholders, and reviewing our features to ensure the marketability of upcoming products. Your focus will be on customers who use Game Engines as part of their workflow, whether it’s to create games enjoyed by players across the globe or for previsualization on upcoming TV and film releases.Objectives and ResponsibilitiesObjectives· Provide the Product Manager with insights and data to help guide feature development.· Engage with customers utilizing Game Engines to understand their use cases and workflows.· Educate stakeholders on customer needs, their experiences and goals.· Remain up to date on general industry trends and the evolution of Game Engines.Responsibilities· Create interactive demos to showcase best practices and user needs to internal and external stakeholders.· Produce documentation and video learning materials to support product and plugin releases.· Collaborate with Product Manager to ensure new features are relevant to customer needs.· Work with customers directly to better understand their needs and communicate this to the product team.· Test and evaluate in-development software features.· Engage with support to address customer issues and inform best practices.Required Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired· A minimum of two years’ experience in a Product Specialist role OR Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related discipline (VFX, Games Design).· A willingness to travel to visit customers on location.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail.· Organized and able to prioritize tasks, working alone or within a team.· Solid, demonstrable presentation skills.Desirable· Proficiency in Unreal Engine and Autodesk (Maya, MotionBuilder)· Experience with motion capture.· Passion for games and games development.· Proficiency with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
