The Role of the Product Support Engineer:
Providing technical support on either mechanical or electrical applications.
Setting up and programming PLCs, motor drivers and industrial communications.
Design and deliver training courses/presentations to European subsidiaries.
Provide industry leading support to internal and external stakeholders.
Working on a project basis you will be able to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
Provide excellent customer service by Email, Teams and occasionally on site with the customers.

The Ideal Person for the Product Support Engineer:
Strong engineering experience.
Knowledge of electrical motion control for industrial applications.
Excellent technical backgrounds with either mechanical or electrical experience.
Must have a hands-on approach.
Knowledge of PLCs and Ladder or Structured Text programming language.
Servo drive experience a bonus, or fluid power.
Able to work in a large supportive team.
Strong IT skills.
