Product Testing Engineer (Integrity)

Through continued growth, both UK & Internationally we are looking to recruiting into our testing team, by recruiting a: 
*PRODUCT TESTING ENGINEER (on Integrity)*
This role will support our purpose by:-
• Demonstrating product endurance and suitability for Mission Life, to meet our demanding specifications for safety and reliability, through planned QA test regimes.
• Maintaining and developing bespoke accelerated life Test Lab equipment and processes, to facilitate and improve our capability in the Mission Life testing of Nursery & Childcare hard goods products.
• Assisting to identify risks of new products in development (NPD), helping to reduce risks and test mitigation routes, verifying and validating design decisions. Develop in house and supplier-based test methods and bespoke equipment for testing above and beyond the applicable international standards.
• Improving current products through identification of failure modes, working with suppliers to implement product change where required, to validate and verify the change effectiveness.
This is a rare opportunity for someone proven & experienced within mechanical Product Testing, maintenance and failure identification, (ideally with an experience in stress/strain measurements and reporting) to work in our incredible inhouse UKAS accredited testing and integrity Laboratory at our Huddersifled Head Office.
We're not necessarily looking for nursery product experience, more around your technical capabilities and inquisitive mind, to drive integrity testing forward.
