Product Training Consultant

We are recruiting for a Product Training Consultant for a manufacturer and global leader in their field. Your role will be to provide professional, on-site training to the customer base. This is a home-based role with a remit of the South West of England, where you will visit customers daily.

As a Product Training Consultant, you will need to have/be:

• previous experience in a training or coaching role
• a good standard of both written and verbal English language.
• a full clean driving license
• willing to travel with occasional overnight stays
• willing to undergo security checks (DBS) and have no criminal convictions
• Trainer/Assessor qualifications - Train the Trainer
• Any formal qualifications pertaining to Fire Risk Management
• Fire Safety and Health and Safety knowledge
• Manual Handling qualifications or knowledge

Details:

• Salary: £36, 000 + company car
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
• Location: Home Based with travel to South West
• Duration: Permanent

Role of Product Training Consultant:

• Ensuring every delegate receives a high standard of Product Training
• Courtesy calls pre and post every training course
• Recording and maintaining training records using electronic systems
• Identifying upsell opportunities
• Ensuring product and service quality standards are adhered to
• Ensuring administrative responsibilities/duties are up to date and of high quality
