As a Production Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the production team, coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and contributing to the overall success of our production operations.
The Production Administrator Role

• Help with assisting the production manager and the production planner with general administrative duties, labelling and QC sheets.
• Keeping up to date with the live production plan.
• Delegating the workload accordingly whilst assisting with the production plan.
• Will be able to assist with the stock control.
• Be willing to assist with the creation, issuing, completion and updating the batch cards to the factory.
• Be able to mange the collecting and filling of important documents.

The ideal candidate -

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
